We are partnered with an elite global law firm who are seeking to hire a Paralegal to join their highly regarded Real Estate Finance team in London. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to build their experience within a fast-paced transactional environment, supporting a leading legal team on high-profile matters. The successful candidate will work closely with associates, partners, and senior paralegals, assisting with the coordination and management of complex transactions from inception through to completion. Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing legal documents, forms, letters, and transaction-related materials
  • Obtaining documents and certificates from relevant authorities and agencies
  • Conducting searches across databases and document repositories and preparing reports
  • Proofreading and preparing documents for submission and completion processes
  • Maintaining transactional document records and ensuring accuracy throughout transactions
  • Assisting with signing and closing processes while liaising with internal support teams and legal professionals

About You

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Comfortable working within a team-oriented, client-focused environment
  • Strong understanding of legal concepts and transactional procedures, ideally within Finance or Corporate law

Requirements

  • Law degree (or non-law degree with GDL) plus LPC/SQE preferred
  • Previous Paralegal experience within a transactional practice area, ideally Finance or Corporate
