Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday, with flexibility as required)

A leading international law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate (2-4 PQE) to join its highly regarded London team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile real estate transactions across a variety of sectors, including commercial, residential, logistics, and renewable energy. The Role

The role is ideal for a junior to mid-level associate looking to develop their expertise in commercial property law and play a key role in complex transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on a wide range of real estate matters, including investment transactions, large-scale developments, and real estate finance.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating leases, sale and purchase agreements, and development documents.
  • Conducting due diligence, title reviews, and risk assessments to support clients in making informed decisions.
  • Providing strategic and commercially focused advice to investors, developers, corporate occupiers, and lenders.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments, including corporate, finance, and planning teams.
  • Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-4 years’ PQE in real estate law, gained at a leading law firm.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in handling commercial property matters.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to provide strategic legal advice.
  • Strong client management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
