My client, a top UK law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced and professional Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their Leeds office – working as their new Housing Management & Property Litigation Paralegal.
Working in one of the largest teams in England & Wales – this firm acts for over 100 Registered Providers, advising on all aspects of Housing Management and Property Litigation.
As the successful Paralegal, you\’ll be responsible for:
– Assisting Solicitors and Fee-Earners in the day-to-day running of files
– Drafting and preparing various pieces of legal documentation
– Preparing trial bundles on a regular basis
– Attending Court to assist Barristers and Fee-Earners
– Managing a large number of deadlines to a variety of cases
– Conducting legal research
+ much more.
To be considered for this opportunity, you\’ll need to have/be the following:
– Be based/within commutable distance to Leeds
– Have a completed legal degree (LLB/GDL)
– Have existing experience within Property/Housing/Real Estate
– Ideally, have experience dealing with Registered Providers and/or Private Landlords
