My client, a top UK law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced and professional senior level Probate Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office - working as their new Probate Executive. This role sits in their Private Client, Tax and Immigration Group - their clients are a mix of wealthy individuals, businesses, financial institutions, trustees, start-ups and family offices.
As the successful Probate Executive, you'll be responsible for:
- Working closely with the Senior Probate Manager
- Drafting legal documentation and Inheritance Tax returns
- Conducting complex legal research
- Conducting document review
- Assisting in the preparation of bills
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
To be considered for this new Probate Executive opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:
- Have a completed LLB/GDL and LPC
- Have at least 2 years' experience as a Probate Paralegal/Senior Paralegal/Executive
- Have strong technical skills and experience using MS Office
- Be able to commute to the London office
