Role: Private Equity Paralegal

Contract: 12 months (potential to be extended)

Salary: up to £45,000 per annum

Location: London, Full Time (4 days a week in office)

Are you an ambitious and driven Paralegal with an interest in Private Equity? We are partnered with a prestigious global law firm to find a talented Paralegal to join their highly regarded Private Equity Transactions team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands on experience at the heart of a market leading legal team that advises some of the world’s most prominent private equity firms, financial institutions, biotech companies, and multinational corporates.

The team operates on complex, high value cross-border transactions that are shaping the global economy.

Requirements:

• 2:1 or higher in LLB/GDL
• A strong academic background and previous paralegal experience, ideally in corporate or transactional law (6 months+)
• Genuine interest in private equity and M&A
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
• A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
