The Role:

  • Diary management.
  • Meeting organisation.
  • Supporting with Business Development and event arrangements.
  • General administration – organising the post, archiving, scanning, and filing etc.
  • Travel arrangements.
  • Client matter management including conflict checks, and new opening files.
  • Processing expenses.

About You:

This Team Assistant role would suit a candidate with 2+ years administrative/PA experience within a legal environment.
