Practice Management Executive

Central London | Full-Time, Permanent | Hybrid Working

A top-tier law firm is looking for a Practice Management Executive to support their Technology, Media, IP & Competition (TMIC) team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys people-focused operational work and wants to make a tangible impact in a busy, high-performing practice.

The Role:

  • Support the day-to-day running of the TMIC practice group
  • Coordinate projects and contribute to key initiatives
  • Assist team leads and support internal committees
  • Manage recruitment logistics, onboarding and team updates
  • Help drive training and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate on resourcing and team planning
  • Report on performance data and operational metrics
  • Ensure compliance with firm-wide processes
  • Plan internal events and manage engagement budgets
  • Oversee internal communications and CSR activity

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong organisation and coordination skills
  • Clear, confident communication (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business tools
  • A proactive, solutions-driven approach
  • Experience in a similar support role in legal or professional services
