The Role
We are seeking a talented and driven Personal Injury Associate Solicitor to join a specialist litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE to work on complex, high-value claimant PI matters, including serious and catastrophic injury cases.
You will work closely with senior lawyers to deliver high-quality legal services while also supervising junior team members. The role requires a proactive approach, strong technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling a caseload of serious/catastrophic injury matters from instruction through to resolution.
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation and correspondence.
- Leading and supervising paralegals/trainees as required.
- Liaising with clients, experts, and other stakeholders to progress claims.
- Conducting legal research and providing clear, practical advice.
- Maintaining excellent client care and service delivery standards.

- UK qualified solicitor, 3–5 years’ PQE.
- Strong experience in Personal Injury, with exposure to serious injury or catastrophic injury claims.
- Ability to review and report on complex medical evidence.
