We’re working with a leading, international law firm that is seeking a Partner Recruitment Manager. This role is suitable either for an experienced Advisor level candidate or an established Manager. Salary – £75k-£90k (possibility for increase for an established Manager). Hybrid working - 3 days in office per week.

This is a fast‑paced, relationship driven role that sits at the centre of Partner hiring activity, both in the UK and internationally. You will work closely with Partners, leadership teams and external search firms to manage complex recruitment processes, while ensuring a seamless and high‑touch experience for candidates at the most senior level. The role offers excellent exposure to firm leadership and the opportunity to play a key part in strategic growth initiatives.

Key duties will include:

  • Managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes for Partner hires, ensuring a well‑coordinated and professional experience from initial engagement through to onboarding.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Partners and hiring leads, guiding them through each stage of the recruitment journey.
  • Acting as a key contact for candidates and search firms, delivering a highly responsive, relationship‑focused and discreet service.
  • Coordinating complex interview processes across multiple regions, ensuring smooth logistics and clear communication at every stage.
  • Supporting offer preparation and negotiation activity, working closely with senior stakeholders to move processes forward efficiently.
  • Assisting with onboarding and integration planning to ensure new hires transition effectively and build early momentum within the firm.
  • Maintaining oversight of process governance, ensuring appropriate checks, approvals and documentation are completed to a high standard.
  • Contributing to market insight and talent mapping activity, helping to inform future hiring strategies and build external networks.

The suitable candidate will bring experience in either Partner hiring, senior lawyer hiring, executive search or senior level professional services recruitment. You will be highly relationship‑focused, confident working with senior stakeholders, and comfortable managing complex, high‑profile processes with discretion, organisation and attention to detail.
