We’re working with one of the UK’s most prestigious City law firms to recruit a Part-Time Executive Assistant to join their highly regarded Real Estate team as part of a job share.

The role
- Provide high-level EA support to senior Partners and fee earners in a fast-paced Real Estate practice, including:
- Complex diary and meeting management
- Managing inboxes and correspondence
- Coordinating meetings, calls and client commitments
- Travel arrangements and itineraries
- Document preparation and filing
- Supporting billing and expenses
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Working closely with your job-share partner to ensure seamless cover
