The Opportunity
A reputable legal team is seeking a Construction Paralegal to assist with a broad range of non-contentious construction matters. This role provides an opportunity to gain experience in drafting and reviewing construction contracts, supporting solicitors on transactional work, and conducting legal research within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation, review, and amendment of construction contracts, including JCT and NEC agreements.
- Conducting legal research on construction law, regulations, and industry developments.
- Managing case files, maintaining accurate records, and handling document management.
- Supporting solicitors with due diligence on construction projects and transactional matters.
- Liaising with clients, external counsel, and other stakeholders regarding contract queries and legal documentation.
