We are working with a leading law law firm seeking a proactive and organised Legal Personal Assistant to join its Oxford office.
The firm works with a diverse range of UK and international clients, from established global businesses to innovative start-ups, helping them navigate complex legal and commercial challenges.
Working in a small, close-knit team alongside two other PAs, you will support Partners and Associates within their employment division, providing reliable day-to-day administrative support and helping ensure the smooth running of the practice.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing diaries, inboxes, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Acting as a professional point of contact for clients and colleagues.
- Supporting matter administration, document preparation and compliance tasks.
- Assisting with billing, time recording and expenses.
- Managing competing priorities and ensuring tasks are followed through.
- Working collaboratively with the wider support team to deliver an excellent service.
About you:
You will have previous PA or legal support experience, strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to manage competing deadlines are essential. Experience with billing and legal systems would be beneficial, although training will be provided.
