Our client, a top international law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced Legal AML professional to join them on a permanent basis in their Bristol office – working as their new AML Analyst.

You’ll be part of the central AML team, reporting into the AML Manager – servicing all of their offices across the UK and Asia. Working closely with Lawyers, you’ll be exposed to a wide range of responsibilities.

As the successful AML Analyst, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

  • Conducting CDD checks on clients and matters
  • Drafting risk assessments for Partners to review/approve
  • Managing the centralised inbox, ensuring general CDD queries are addressed
  • Liaising with Lawyers to ID and verify client and matter information
  • Escalating high-risk clients to senior management
  • Capturing and collating required AML records
  • General client and matter onboarding administrative duties

To be considered for this new AML Analyst position, you’ll need to have/be the following:

  • Have prior experience in an AML/CDD position from a law firm
  • Be able to commute to the Bristol office 2 days per week
  • Be able to work closely with Qualified Lawyers and Senior Stakeholders
