✨Know Your Stuff

Before the interview, dive deep into the firm’s background, especially their work in Chemical & Life Sciences. Familiarise yourself with their recent projects and any awards they've won. This will not only show your genuine interest but also help you tailor your responses to align with their values.

✨Showcase Your Experience

✨Be Proactive and Organised

Demonstrate your organisational skills by discussing how you manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bring up any tools or methods you use to stay on top of your tasks, especially if you have experience with CRM systems like InterAction. This will reassure them that you can handle the hands-on nature of the role.

✨Ask Insightful Questions

Prepare thoughtful questions that show your understanding of the role and the firm’s goals. Ask about their current BD strategies or how they measure success in their practice groups. This not only shows your enthusiasm but also helps you gauge if the firm is the right fit for you.
