We're working with a well-regarded, international Law Firm that is seeking an experienced
HR Manager to join its People function and play a key role in shaping and enhancing HR service delivery across the business.
Hybrid approach – 2-3 days in office per week.

Leading a range of HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
Driving improvements to employee relations frameworks and supporting the delivery of best-practice people solutions.
Working closely with senior stakeholders to implement new approaches to people management and organisational effectiveness.
Providing expert support on complex employee relations issues and advising on risk, compliance and best practice.
Supporting the delivery of performance improvement initiatives and helping to embed a culture of accountability and development.
Analysing people data and trends to identify opportunities for operational improvements and workforce enhancements.
Partnering with specialist HR teams to ensure the successful implementation of new processes, policies and programmes.
Leading initiatives designed to improve manager capability, increase self-service and streamline HR support models.
Contributing to wider people projects and organisational change programmes as required.
Championing a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and high-quality service delivery.
The suitable
HR Manager will possess strong HR generalist and employee relations experience, alongside a proven track record of delivering process improvement, operational change or transformation projects.
Candidates should demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, a commercial approach to problem-solving and the ability to influence and coach managers at all levels.
