Our client, a top UK-based law firm, is actively recruiting for a Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in either their Liverpool or Manchester office - working as their new Data Breach Paralegal. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced and friendly team - working on some of the biggest multi-claimant cases in the UK. You will be an integral member of the Data Breach team, undertaking legal casework and administrative duties.
As the successful Data Breach Paralegal, you will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Assisting with case preparation/progress
- Conducting legal research on developments for current/existing matters
- Updating and maintaining records and files
- Data management and manipulation
- Liaising with clients to obtain case details and drafting legal documentation
- Much more.
To be considered, you will need to have/be the following:
- Previous/existing experience working within Data Breach/Data Privacy/Data Protection
- Completed law degree (LLB/GDL)
- Ability to commute to either the Liverpool or Manchester office
- Previous/existing Paralegal/Legal Assistant experience
