A highly regarded boutique law firm in the West End is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary / PA to provide temporary support across their Private Wealth, Disputes and Family teams during a busy period.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, friendly firm known for its high-quality work, loyal clients and collaborative culture.
The role
You’ll be supporting Partners and Fee Earners with a varied and fast-paced workload, including:
- Diary management, scheduling meetings and court dates
- Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Audio and copy typing
- File opening, billing and document management
- Liaising with clients, counsel and third parties
- General PA and administrative support
The ideal candidate
We’re keen to speak with experienced Legal Secretaries / PAs who:
- Have worked in Private Client, Family, Litigation or Disputes (or similar)
- Are confident supporting senior lawyers in a busy environment
- Have strong organisation, attention to detail and communication skills
- Are proactive, reliable and comfortable hitting the ground running
- Are available immediately or on short notice
