My client, a leading international law firm, with offices across all the major cities in the globe, are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist covering an FTC for 6 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing HR function where talent acquisition plays a central role in enabling business success. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner closely with key stakeholders across legal practice groups and business services functions to deliver best-in-class recruitment solutions. You will take ownership of hiring strategies, proactively identify future talent needs and build strong pipelines to support ongoing business growth. This role combines strategic planning, hands-on recruitment delivery, and stakeholder engagement, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of your assigned business areas to inform hiring strategies

  • Ensure consistent adoption of best practice across the hiring lifecycle
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior stakeholders, including Partners
  • Provide guidance on attraction, assessment, and candidate management in a competitive market
  • Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience at all stages
  • Build strong relationships with niche and high-demand talent communities
  • Manage agency relationships and ensure alignment with inclusive hiring standards
  • Champion inclusive recruitment practices and support diversity objectives

About You:
  • Proven recruitment experience within legal or professional services, or from an agency specialising in these sectors
  • Strong track record of sourcing candidates directly through a variety of channels
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and interviewing candidates
  • Comfortable handling complex hiring challenges and providing practical solutions
