My client is a leading and award-winning law firm looking to recruit a Senior Reward & Benefits Advisor to join their HR team on an ongoing temporary basis. The Senior Reward & Benefits Advisor will play a key role, supporting various legal divisions and the wider HR team.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Reward & Benefits Assistant with employee, partner, and broker queries regarding global benefits.
  • Collaborating with the Reward & Benefits Manager to deliver support and analysis for annual reward activities.
  • Participating in global salary surveys and managing benefit renewals, including preparing proposals and communications.
  • Assisting with salary benchmarking and modelling during the global business services and fee earner salary review processes.
  • Keeping abreast of market developments and legislative changes affecting rewards in the legal sector.
  • Supporting reward invoicing and reconciliation processes.
  • Managing the HR department's reward budget.
  • Building relationships with benefit consultants and account managers.
  • Working closely with the HR Data & Systems team.

Candidates should be CIPD qualified with experience in Reward/Compensation within a professional services firm, proficient in HR systems and data analysis, and capable of presenting data to senior stakeholders.
