My client, a highly respected international law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor to join their dynamic and high-performing HR team. The firm welcomes candidates from a range of sectors, provided you have strong experience within a Business Partnering model and are accustomed to operating in a fast-paced HR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with designated business areas to deliver high-quality, generalist HR support
- Be a trusted advisor for stakeholders and senior leaders
- Manage Employee Relations matters, including disciplinaries and grievances, while coaching and advising managers on best practice
- Support performance management processes across internal groups and contribute to the annual review cycle
- Collaborate with line managers and the Recruitment Team to build business cases for recruitment and guide stakeholders through the offer process
- Contribute to a variety of HR projects, driving continuous improvement across the function
