We’re working with a top-tier global law firm to appoint a Business Development Senior Manager to support its market-leading Corporate / M&A practice in the UK. This is a strategic, high-impact role within a global BD function, working closely with partners and senior lawyers to drive growth across key clients, sectors and markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver Corporate / M&A business development and marketing plans aligned to firm strategy
  • Partner with lawyers to identify, pursue and win revenue-generating opportunities
  • Shape and promote BD initiatives, pitches, panel RFPs and capability statements
  • Identify market trends and growth opportunities through client, sector and competitor analysis
  • Support profile-raising activity including events, thought leadership, directories and awards
  • Collaborate with global BD teams and support wider BD transformation initiatives
  • Line manage and develop junior team members

About You:

  • Proven BD experience within professional services (law firm background preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Corporate / M&A legal services and market dynamics
  • Commercial, strategic and confident working with senior partners
  • Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder skills
