Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive day-to-day support using strong initiative and excellent judgment.
  • Complex diary and email management; scheduling in-person and hybrid meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Full international and domestic travel coordination.
  • Close collaboration with Business Development on client engagement activities.
  • Acting as first point of contact: screening calls, correspondence, and managing confidential information.
  • Preparing and editing documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
  • Managing confidential files and records with accuracy and discretion.
  • Coordinating billing, invoicing, and expenses with Finance.
  • Supporting special projects and providing flexible assistance where needed.

You will be:
