Working closely with senior leadership and the People team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a competitive reward and benefits offering that supports the attraction, retention and engagement of exceptional talent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving reward initiatives across the business, providing expert guidance on compensation, benefits, payroll and reward strategy, while ensuring all programmes remain aligned with business objectives and market trends.

  • Producing reward-related reports, dashboards and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Managing the monthly payroll process in partnership with external providers, ensuring all submissions are accurate and compliant.
  • Providing advice and guidance to managers and senior stakeholders on compensation, benefits and reward-related matters.
  • Supporting pay transparency, fairness and wider diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Leading or contributing to reward projects, including job evaluations, salary structure reviews and benefits enhancements.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider HR team to ensure reward initiatives complement broader people strategies.
  • Ensuring reward policies and practices remain compliant with current employment legislation and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reward and benefits, coupled with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • An understanding of reward-related employment legislation and best practice.
  • Exposure to DE&I initiatives within a reward context would be beneficial.

  • A broad and varied reward position with genuine ownership and visibility.
  • Close interaction with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • A collaborative and supportive People function.
