Our client, a highly regarded international law firm, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their Recruitment and HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This opportunity has arisen due to a team member's departure and offers the chance to work within a collaborative and supportive environment, with potential for the position to become permanent following an initial review period.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 FTE (pro rata)
Hybrid Working: Flexible working arrangement available, up to 21 hours per week. The firm can accommodate either five mornings per week or compressed/full days.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys working in a busy professional services environment. You will play a key role in supporting recruitment activity and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key duties will include:
- Issuing contracts and onboarding documentation
- Coordinating interviews and managing candidate schedules
- Booking meeting rooms and handling interview logistics
- Supporting recruitment activity from offer stage through to onboarding
- Maintaining recruitment records and systems
- Acting as a key point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders
- Providing administrative support to the wider HR and Recruitment team
The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, along with strong attention to detail. Previous experience within recruitment, HR, professional services or a busy administrative/coordinator role would be advantageous. Legal sector experience is not required.
