Our client, a top UK law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office – working as a Post-Exchange Paralegal in their wider Real Estate & Projects department.
This is a great opportunity to join an experienced and growing team – managing a high volume of work in the Post Exchange Team.
As the successful Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Providing clients with progress reports
- Submitting and preparing SDLT returns
- Preparing and drafting legal documentation (for example – AP1 Applications)
- Dealing with any Land Registry Requisitions
- Assisting the team with day-to-day administrative duties
- Conducting legal research
- Submitting, reviewing and interpreting priority searches
- Providing support to Fee-Earners across the firm in relation to Post-Exchange processes
- Managing workflow trackers and calendar management
To be considered for this opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:
- Have a minimum of 18 months experience in a similar position as a Paralegal
- Be educated to degree level (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
- Be able to commute into the London office at least 3 days a week
- Have experience from point of exchange to completion (essential)
