Our client, a top US law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced and professional Paralegal to join them on a 12m FTC basis in their London office - working as their new M&A/Private Equity Paralegal. This is an exciting opportunity to join an truly exceptional team.
As the successful Paralegal, you will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Assisting with drafting, reviewing and organising transaction documents
- Managing due diligence tasks (collecting documents, liaising with internal teams, summarising key findings)
- Conducting in depth legal research
- Maintaining and updating transaction trackers, data rooms and other internal workflow tools
- Liaising directly with Counsel, clients and counterparties on transaction-related issues
- Handling general administrative duties when required
- Assisting with Companies House filings
To be considered for this 12m FTC Paralegal opportunity, you will need to have/be the following:
- Prior/existing experience as a Paralegal in M&A and/or Private Equity (essential)
- A completed law degree (2:1 or equivalent minimum) (essential)
- Ability to commit to a 12m FTC (essential)
