Our client is a leading international law firm at an exciting stage of strategic growth, with marketing and business development playing a critical role in supporting its ambitions. The firm's Regulatory & Investigations (R&I) practice is a key growth area, spanning contentious and non-contentious regulatory, compliance and investigations, financial crime, international trade and environmental matters.

On behalf of the firm, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to support business development activity across the R&I team. The role sits within the Disputes Division and works closely with the Senior Business Development Manager and wider Disputes BD team to deliver strategic practice and divisional initiatives across the UK.

  • Deliver integrated BD and marketing campaigns aligned to practice, divisional and firmwide strategy.
  • Support key client and panel relationships and partner-led business plans.
  • Provide market insight and client research to support targeted BD activity.
  • Prepare partners and teams for BD meetings, pitches and client interactions.
  • Develop high-quality promotional and credentials materials.
  • Manage legal directory and awards submissions for the practice.
  • Track ROI and engagement using CRM and digital marketing tools.
  • Collaborate closely with internal BD, Events and Clients & Markets teams, including offshore support.
  • Monitor BD spend against budget.

The firm boasts a highly flexible hybrid working model typically offering 3 days working from home, 2 in the office.
