Our client, an elite US law firm, is actively looking for an England & Wales and/or New York Qualified Lawyer from a Corporate/Transactional background to join them on a permanent basis in their London office – working as their new Associate General Counsel.
You’ll be situated in their experienced and friendly Office of General Counsel – advising the firm on global governance, regulatory compliance and risk management issues. As the Associate General Counsel, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Advising the firm on all aspects of global regulatory compliance
- Identifying and mitigating legal and business risks
- Handling corporate structural and regulatory compliance work
- Have experience identifying and managing legal and business risks
- Be able to attend the London office four days a week
