I’m exclusively supporting a well-regarded professional services firm in their search for an Admin Assistant to join their busy and supportive Client Support Team in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative organisation in a role that is client-focused rather than traditional legal work. You’ll play a key part in supporting high-profile cases, working closely with senior team members and ensuring clients receive exceptional service throughout their journey.
The Role:
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls (up to 80 per day), assisting clients across various service areas.
- Managing calls that can sometimes involve sensitive and impactful matters (e.g., product liability and emissions claims).
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, gathering information, providing updates, and ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently.
- Liaising with senior staff and Partners to stay fully informed of case developments.
- Occasional reimbursed travel to another regional office may be required.
- Potential for shift work (to be discussed during the recruitment process).
The Team:
- A close-knit team of 8, including 3 team leads and a supportive, approachable manager.
