Our client, a top UK-based law firm, is actively seeking an experienced and professional Qualified Lawyer to join them on a permanent basis in their Liverpool office – working as their new Data Breach Associate. You’ll be part of a growing firm and directly be contributing to landmark cases and meaningful outcomes.
As the successful Associate, you’ll be responsible for:
- Working closely with Partners and Senior Associates to deliver high standards of work
- Preparing correspondence (both to clients and opposing counsel)
- Reviewing documents for submitting to the Court/Tribunals
- Resolving data issues and queries
- Leading a team of Paralegals and Data Analysts to progress client’s claims
- Conducting research, drafting and reviewing documentation in relation to relevant cases
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
To be considered for this Data Breach Associate position, you’ll need to have/be the following:
- Be a Qualified Associate / Barrister (ideally, minimum 3 years’ PQE)
- Have demonstrable experience within Data Breach/Privacy/Protection
- Be commercially aware
- Be able to commute to the Liverpool office on a regular basis (Manchester will be considered)
- Be able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
