An established UK law firm with a strong reputation in financial services is looking to bring on a Senior Associate to join its Financial Litigation team. You’ll be advising a high-profile financial services client base on a broad range of disputes – from regulatory and enforcement matters to professional negligence and investment mis-selling.

Key responsibilities:

• Advising clients on financial services disputes, including regulatory enforcement and risk management
• Managing complex litigation, arbitration and pre-action matters
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the strategic growth of the department
• Participating in business development and maintaining client relationships

About you:

• 5+ PQE with a strong background in financial litigation or broader commercial litigation with a financial services slant
• Experience working with banks, building societies, fintechs or other financial institutions
• Skilled in regulatory investigations, FCA/PRA enforcement, or FS disputes
• Excellent interpersonal, drafting and advisory skills
