You’ll join a global eDiscovery team that plays a key role in supporting lawyers and practice groups across multiple jurisdictions. The team is responsible for ensuring efficient, defensible, and innovative delivery of technology-enabled discovery and review services. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end eDiscovery project delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and consistency across all phases.
  • Provide strategic and technical expertise on eDiscovery workflows and Relativity platform implementation.
  • Manage team resources, client communications, and project timelines from initiation to completion.
  • Act as a point of escalation for technical and service issues, resolving concerns in collaboration with management.
  • Ensure adherence to data security, time recording, and billing processes.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members; support innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, contribute to global knowledge-sharing, and promote operational excellence.
  • Support global colleagues as needed during busy periods or cross-border matters.

About You

  • Relativity Master certification (or equivalent advanced qualification) is essential.
  • Proven experience managing and administering Relativity within a law firm or eDiscovery service provider.
  • Significant hands-on experience in eDiscovery workflows, including TAR, GenAI, and Early Case Assessment tools.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage complex, high-volume projects.
  • A collaborative, adaptable mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Comfortable working flexibly across time zones when needed.
