I'm currently working with a prestigious West End law firm known for its high-quality work across private wealth, real estate, and corporate law. They’re now looking to appoint a confident and experienced Legal Secretary / Workflow Coordinator to support their corporate team.

The Role Includes:

  • High-quality legal secretarial support to a team of Associates and Trainees
  • Inbox and calendar management, document preparation, proofreading, and client liaison
  • Coordinating team workflow and proactively identifying process improvements
  • Managing billing processes, compliance, expenses, and internal communications
  • Collaborating with other secretarial and central support teams

What They’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in a busy professional services or law firm setting
  • Experience in Corporate or Commercial law is desirable
  • Strong MS Office skills and minimum 60 wpm typing speed
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
