The successful Legal PA will deliver exceptional support to assigned Partners and Associates. Serving as a key representative, you will act as their ambassador both internally and externally, functioning as the first point of contact for clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities include the accurate and timely production of legal documents and correspondence, as well as managing a range of administrative tasks on behalf of the allocated legal professionals.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as a gatekeeper for fee earners
- End to end billing - this is a key part of the role therefore you must be confident/comfortable with this
- Credit control
- Diary management
- Meeting organisation
- Supporting with business development and marketing
- Create client correspondence and documents
