Our client, a leading and highly regarded law firm, is seeking a professional, friendly, and outgoing Front of House Receptionist to join their team. This is a key role within the firm, responsible for delivering a consistently exceptional, 5-star service to clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong customer service mindset, the ability to multitask, and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering a professional, warm, and 5-star welcome to all clients and visitors
  • Building strong working relationships across the firm
  • Managing incoming calls via a switchboard system in a calm, polite, and professional manner
  • Receiving deliveries and notifying the relevant team members
  • Monitoring the security system and issuing visitor fobs as required
  • Booking and coordinating conference calls
  • Arranging taxis and other ad-hoc requests
  • Assisting with collating records and producing reports
  • Ensuring insurance certificates are valid and up to date, and supporting the renewal process
