I’m currently partnered with a leading international law firm that’s looking to appoint a senior Property lawyer into a Legal Manager role within its growing Managed Legal Services (MLS) team. This is a slightly different proposition to a traditional private practice role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with leadership, client strategy and modern service delivery.
What makes this role interesting?
- You’ll be operating at the centre of large, complex property portfolios, helping design and deliver scalable legal solutions, while leading teams and working closely with clients at a strategic level.
The role will involve:
- Supporting the growth and development of the Property MLS offering, including solution design and delivery models
- Leading and developing a team of lawyers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Overseeing the delivery of large-scale, portfolio-based workstreams (ensuring quality, efficiency and consistency)
- Acting as a senior point of contact for clients, providing commercially focused advice
- Working closely with legal operations teams to drive efficiency and improve delivery
- Championing innovation, process improvement and the use of legal tech/AI
- Collaborating across teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions
