My client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Credit Control professional to join its high-performing Credit Control team in Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within an ambitious, collaborative environment where you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client collections experience while supporting the Firm’s financial objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you will take ownership of your own ledger, with responsibility for securing outstanding payments, managing aged debt, and maintaining accurate records.
  • You will bring energy, curiosity, and a proactive approach to unlocking debt and achieving cash collection targets.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have at least two years’ credit control experience within a professional services environment, along with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding collection targets.

You will be highly organised, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong IT skills, including Excel, Outlook, and 3E, are essential.

  • Experience within a law firm would be advantageous, though not essential.
  • A CICM qualification and fluency in French, Arabic, and/or German would be highly desirable.
