My client, a corporate law specialist, with offices across all the major cities in the world, are looking to hire a Learning & Development Coordinator to join their London team.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless training and development experience, supporting professionals across multiple jurisdictions and helping to drive a culture of continuous learning.

Working as part of a collaborative Learning & Development team, you will coordinate and manage a wide range of training, compliance, and development activities. This role offers strong exposure to international operations and the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders, including lawyers and global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate firmwide training programmes, ensuring attendance is tracked and managed effectively
  • Organise and support training sessions, including logistics, invitations, and attendance tracking
  • Maintain accurate training records and manage learning systems, including course creation and reporting
  • Support the delivery of performance review processes and mentoring programmes
  • Monitor professional qualification renewals and ensure compliance deadlines are met across multiple jurisdictions
  • Manage regulatory training requirements, including course assignments and completion tracking
  • Produce and review compliance reports, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
  • Assist with accreditation processes for training programmes
  • Maintain and update learning management systems, including content, learning paths, and credit allocations
  • Produce training and compliance reports for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure data accuracy across all training and development records
  • Support onboarding processes by assigning training and ensuring new joiners are fully integrated
  • Manage training records and documentation for departing employees
  • Act as a point of contact for training-related queries and provide ongoing support

About You

  • Previous experience within Learning & Development, training coordination, or HR in a professional services environment (legal experience advantageous)
  • Understanding of compliance and professional development requirements is highly beneficial
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong record-keeping capabilities
  • Proactive and solutions-focused with a collaborative working style
  • Comfortable working with systems and data, with solid Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
