A leading international law firm with an exceptional reputation within the Private Client space are looking to recruit a Learning and Development Assistant – part time, on a permanent basis to join their wider L&D team. This is covering a job share with another L&D Assistant. The L&D Assistant will report directly to the L&D Manager and support Business School Programmes and legal training requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with The Head of Knowledge, Knowledge Development Lawyer and Partners, fee-earners and Business Resource staff throughout the firm
  • Administrating the L&D Programmes
  • Supporting with the LMS, dealing with general queries and issues
  • Managing Intranet admin, to ensure that L&D pages are informative and up-to-date
  • Liaise with Compliance to schedule relevant courses
  • Monitor booking requests to ensure that procedure has been followed and relevant approval
  • Preparing monthly budget reports for senior stakeholders
  • Organising and supporting with setting up inductions for new joiners

The successful application will have previous L&D or HR administration experience, either within a Law Firm or professional services organisation. You will need a high attention to detail, be organised and have strong communication skills, both verbally and written. Ideal role for a working parent, or someone who’s also studying.
