My client, a Leading European IP Law Firm, is actively seeking a Paralegal to join them on a 12 month FTC in their London office - working as their new Knowledge Paralegal. You will work closely with the Head of Knowledge and Information Services Manager to support the implementation of the firm's knowledge strategy. This role plays an integral part of the team as you will be developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensuring they have a regular presence in the London office.

As the successful Knowledge Paralegal, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the collection of knowledge materials, created by Fee-Earners, including identifying useful materials and following up on know-how after hearings
  • Curating content on the firm's knowledge hub
  • Assisting with knowledge projects, including undertaking business analysis, tracking cases and implementing knowledge tools
  • Assisting Fee-Earners with knowledge queries
  • Co-ordinating knowledge activities to ensure relevant knowledge/information is shared
  • Undertaking legal research for the knowledge team

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have/be the following:

  • Have 12 months availability and/or be a Future Trainee
  • Have prior/existing Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience
  • Ideally, have an understanding/knowledge of IP Law
  • Ideally, have a STEM background
  • Be able to manage a varied workload
