We're working with a well-regarded, global Law Firm that is looking to recruit an experienced HR Project Manager to join its People team on a fixed-term basis for a minimum of 6 months.
This role will play a key part in delivering and enhancing performance management initiatives, processes and projects across an international business.
Salary β competitive.
Hybrid approach β 3 days in office per week.

The successful candidate will work closely with a variety of HR and business stakeholders to drive key people initiatives, improve performance frameworks and processes, and help shape a modern, effective approach to employee performance and development.
Key duties will include: Leading and supporting the delivery of key HR and performance-related projects, programmes and annual review cycles.
Assisting with the continued development and enhancement of performance management frameworks, tools and processes.
Partnering with internal HR teams to ensure successful implementation of people initiatives across the business.
Creating and delivering engaging communications that promote understanding and adoption of performance practices and programmes.
