My client, a leading global law firm with an excellent reputation within the technology space, is seeking an experienced HR Systems Specialist to join its Global HR Systems team following a recent implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. Based in London (with a global team presence in Hong Kong), this role plays a key part in supporting and enhancing the firm’s HR systems landscape. Phase one of a major global HR transformation project went live in September 2025, introducing Employee Central, Time Off, and Onboarding modules across 22 countries.
As the global subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Time Off, you will take ownership of system optimisation, issue management, enhancements, and global adoption, ensuring solutions meet evolving business requirements and align with the organisation’s HR systems roadmap.
The Role
As a core member of the Global HR Systems team, you will collaborate with HR stakeholders, workstream leads, and external partners to deliver high-quality system solutions and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the global lead and subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Time Off
- Own end-to-end design, configuration, and optimisation of Time Off policies, rules, and processing
- Manage system issues and change requests, gathering requirements and recommending improvements
- Partner with external vendors to translate business needs into functional designs and configurations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across modules and global design principles
- Support reporting requirements in partnership with reporting specialists
- Lead global enhancements, releases, and rollouts for Time Off functionality
- Maintain clear documentation including functional designs, configuration workbooks, and user guides
- Provide support across other modules (e.g. Employee Central, Reporting) when needed
- Mentor and support team members as appropriate

You are a technically strong and commercially aware HR systems professional with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience in a global environment.
