My client, is a top tier, award winning law firm, who have an unrivalled knowledge of communications and technology law, are recruiting for a motivated HR Systems Analyst on a 24 month FTC basis. This role is a fantastic opportunity within a forward-thinking law firm.
The HR Systems Analyst will work closely with Head of HR Operations, HR Operations Manager and wider HR team, as well as, key stakeholders across the wider firm. Managing and supporting with HR Systems and Data requests, as well as various Systems projects, process improvements and stakeholder management.
The key duties will include:
- Support the implementation of Success Factors Employee Central, Payroll and onboarding, and additional modules in line with the wider project.
- Support integration activities between HR and wider systems.
- Lead on designing and developing a suite of standard reports and dashboards in line with the needs of the business, utilising SuccessFactors and other reporting software (i.e. Power BI).
- Work on data migration activities, with a focus on identifying and resolving data quality issues.
- Devise and deliver on plans to decommission legacy HR systems, including Cascade.
- Identify opportunities to further utilise technology to improve efficiencies.
- Support with designing and documenting HR process.
The HR Systems Analyst will have previous experience within Data, Reporting and HR Systems, ideally work within Legal or wider professional services and have knowledge with Success Factors and Power BI. They will have a core understanding of HR Systems and Data trends and will have exceptional communication skills. The right candidate will be a collaborative and motivated person who can engage and work well with others. They must be able to influence stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
