Job Description

My client, a highly regarded global law firm, is seeking a HR Systems Analyst to join their collaborative People function.

The position reports to the Senior HR Systems Manager supporting the global people system

A new HR System has recently been implemented to the firm, so someone comfortable nagivating through testing and challenges would be very helpful.

Salary: £40,000 – £48,000

Duties will include:

  • Supporting the ongoing management and day-to-day functionality of the new HR System.
  • Playing an active role in HR systems projects, from process improvements and system configuration to upgrades, testing cycles, documentation, and rollout activity.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the People function to identify opportunities to enhance system use and implement configuration changes.
  • Troubleshooting user issues, resolving queries, or escalating them appropriately to ensure service continuity.
  • Monitoring data quality and supporting compliance with relevant data privacy and protection requirements.
  • Contributing to the implementation and adoption of new HR technologies and digital projects.
  • Creating and maintaining reporting tools and dashboards to support effective, data-informed decision-making across HR and the wider business.
  • Assisting with annual HR initiatives including fee earner regradings, appraisals, and statutory reporting such as Gender Pay Gap analysis.
  • Delivering training and ongoing support to HR users and wider firm stakeholders on systems usage and best practice.

The successful HR Systems Analyst will be:

An analytically minded HR systems professional with hands-on experience supporting HRIS platforms. You will be confident working with data, systems configuration, and project delivery, while able to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders. A collaborative and solution-focused attitude, along with excellent attention to detail and a keen interest in digital HR innovation, will ensure success in the role.
