Part-Time Executive Assistant – Real Estate Law
Location : London (2 days in office, 1 day remote)
Salary : £50,000 pro rata
Schedule : 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)

My client is a prestigious and well-established law firm known for providing high-quality legal services across multiple practice areas. They have a strong reputation in the market and a collaborative working culture, offering an excellent environment for professional development.
I am currently supporting my client in their search for a part-time Executive Assistant to join their Real Estate team . This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organised EA with strong administrative skills and experience supporting senior professionals. Prior real estate experience is not required , but a background in legal PA/EA support is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and client-focused support to partners and fee earners
- Act as a gatekeeper, managing emails, calls, and correspondence
- Extensive diary and meeting coordination, including travel arrangements
- Draft and format legal documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with billing, financial management, and transactional support
- Organise and support client events and hospitality
- Maintain client records and ensure compliance with internal processes
What My Client is Looking For:
- Strong EA or PA experience within legal services.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
