We’re looking for a proactive and organised Events Administrator to join a dynamic Client Services team at a leading international professional services firm. This role offers the chance to be at the heart of client-facing activity, helping to deliver a wide range of high-quality internal and external events. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the first point of contact for event-related queries and ensure a seamless experience for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage bookings for event spaces and coordinate logistics including catering, AV setup, room layout, and cleanliness.
  • Liaise with multiple internal teams (including Hospitality, Facilities, and AV) to ensure every detail is executed to a high standard.
  • Provide on-site support during events—welcoming guests, troubleshooting tech, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Work closely with marketing and business development teams to support firmwide events.
  • Monitor equipment and supplies, manage delegate lists, prepare reports, and support feedback collection post-event.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members or temps.
  • Support with invoicing, budgeting, and general project support as required.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or events role within a corporate environment.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office; familiarity with booking systems and AV equipment is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
