My client, a well renowned international Law Firm, are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join their high performing team, on an initial 12 month FTC.
This role is based in Essex and the hybrid working requires staff to be in the office 2 days a week.
The firm requires candidates to be from either another Law Firm or a similar professional services organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with the Business Services unit of the firm and working closely with the HRBP for said unit.
- Dealing with Employee Relations cases, as well as providing coaching and advice to managers on ER matters.
- Guiding and leading practice leads and Partners regarding varying HR/People matters.
- Assisting with performance management across the internal groups and supporting the annual review process.
- Liaising with line managers and working closely with the Resourcing Team to establish business cases for recruitment needs and support throughout the offer stage.
- Being involved with various HR projects.
The Human Resources Advisor will need to be an experienced HR generalist with knowledge of working in a Business Partnering environment, and must be able to manage multiple HR duties at once.
