Employment Senior Associate / Legal Director – £95k+ | Hybrid | London

A progressive, award-winning UK law firm is looking for a Senior Employment Associate or Legal Director to join its London team. You’ll enjoy high levels of autonomy, direct access to senior clients (both employee and employer side), and a collaborative cross-office environment.

This role is perfect for lawyers who thrive in a non-hierarchical structure, where initiative is encouraged, and success is shared.

The Opportunity:

• Act for both senior executives and employer clients (including household names in tech, retail, pharma & financial services)
• Work across grievance and disciplinary matters, discrimination, whistleblowing, and High Court litigation
• Get involved in strategic advisory work, reorganisations, and business transfers
• Gain exposure to multi-office collaboration (Reading/Bristol travel encouraged & reimbursed)
• Become a key mentor for junior team members

You’ll Need:

• 6+ PQE in employment law
• Tribunal and/or High Court litigation experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A proactive, self-sufficient approach to managing workload
• Willingness to get stuck in, take responsibility, and support firm growth

Based in London, with reimbursed travel to Reading/Bristol encouraged.
