An exciting opportunity has opened up at a modern, forward-thinking law firm for an experienced Employment Solicitor (5+ PQE) to lead a thriving Employment department. This is a leadership role with a clear scope to shape the team’s future and work closely with senior management, delivering strategic, high-quality advice to a strong client base.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and mentoring the Employment team, including support staff.
  • Managing a varied caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to individuals and businesses on all aspects of employment law.
  • Playing an active role in business development and client retention strategies.
  • Working with a collaborative team to meet targets while maintaining exceptional client service.

About you:

  • A UK-qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in Employment Law.
  • Strong litigation and advocacy experience.
  • Commercially minded with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Passionate about delivering clear, practical advice that adds real value to clients.
  • Looking for a long-term role where you can make an impact and grow with the firm.
