eDiscovery & Data Analyst

Join a top-tier global law firm known for complex cross-border work and high-profile international clients. This is an opportunity to be part of a specialist eDiscovery and digital evidence team at one of the world’s leading offshore legal practices, working at the intersection of law, technology and data.

In this role, you will support major litigation and regulatory matters by managing the full eDiscovery lifecycle—from data collection and processing to review management, workflow design and client reporting. You will work alongside experienced lawyers, technologists and external specialists, contributing directly to the delivery of high-quality, defensible and efficient eDiscovery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end-to-end eDiscovery projects, including scoping, budgeting, timelines and client-facing reporting.
  • Collect, preserve and process electronic data, ensuring accuracy, defensibility and full chain-of-custody.
  • Administer industry-standard eDiscovery platforms, ensuring smooth processing, loading, maintenance and production delivery.
  • Design and optimise review workflows aligned with legal standards and firm best practice.
  • Coordinate with external forensic and technology service providers on disclosure, analysis and specialist data handling.
  • Conduct detailed quality checks and generate clear reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver user training and support on review tools and data-sharing platforms, acting as a trusted point of contact for technology-related queries.

Essential Requirements

  • Solid eDiscovery knowledge supported by a recognised qualification (ACEDS, CEDS, PMP, or certification in platforms such as Relativity, DISCO or Reveal). Training toward Project Management certification can be provided.
  • Demonstrable experience running eDiscovery projects from start to finish, with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, problem-solving capability and clear communication skills.
  • Understanding of related digital evidence technologies, including computer forensics, review platforms and document production standards.

This position offers the chance to deepen your expertise within a highly respected international practice, contribute to sophisticated legal matters, and develop your career in a fast-evolving technical field.
